Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create the project Conceptual Layout Drawing (CLD) in AutoCAD 2D format
  • Participate in equipment/product testing
  • Taking on-site field dimensions and/or design development with customers
  • Generate the project Equipment Layout Drawings (ELD) in AutoCAD 2D format
  • Generate a Change Order Log (document differences on what was sold vs. what is required for the functional aspect of the system)
  • Generate the Critical Controls Logic for the system (CCL). Track ELD approval.
  • Coordinate PLC Program simulations with the controls group
  • Maintain time charging Networks in SAP for projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Associate of Applied Science degree in engineering-related field (Ex. Computer-Aided Design and Drafting, Architectural Design).
  • At least three (3) years as a Project Engineer.
  • Produce engineering documents (layout drawings or MAD lists.
  • Able to travel domestically/internationally 15-25%.
  • Must work onsite in Flower Mound, Texas (near Dallas)
